How long is the Full Day experience and when does it start?
Approximately 8 hours. We work flexibly — start and end times are arranged with the guest. Sunrise or Sunset options start earlier or finish later.
Is the itinerary fixed?
No. We have suggested routes and points of interest, but the day is always adapted to the guest's interests, pace, weather, and road conditions.
Where do you pick up and drop off?
Pick-up and drop-off are arranged with the guest, typically at the hotel or another agreed area. Cruise tours meet at Funchal Cruise Terminal.
How does pricing work?
Prices are private per vehicle, with two group categories: 1–4 guests and 5–7 guests. Sunrise / Sunset is a premium timing option (+€30 per group). Transfers have two options: Express (€50, water included) and Premium Scenic (€70, water + welcome pack — contents may vary).
How do you ensure return to the ship?
Ship schedule is always the priority. We plan with a safety buffer to ensure return before all-aboard time.

Yes. Guests can share allergies or dietary preferences at booking so any welcome items can be adapted accordingly.
What are your payment terms?
Prepayment is preferred. For approved partners, invoicing terms can be discussed, typically up to 30 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard cancellation and no-show terms can be shared and, where reasonable, aligned with partner policies once the model is confirmed.
What happens in case of bad weather or road closures?
The itinerary is adjusted for safety and experience, and Plan B options are proposed whenever needed. If a major disruption occurs, alternatives will be discussed with the guest or partner.
